Judy Lee, Founder

Judy immigrated from Taiwan to the United States in the late '70s. 1985 she finished studying Early Childhood Education in California and opened her first early childhood education center called "Grace Garden Christian Preschool" in Los Angeles. In 2004 she and her son moved from LA California to Phoenix AZ and she opened the 7th Grace Garden Christian Preschool and retired in 2015 after 30 years of service to children and family.

In early 1990, she found her real identity and relationship with the Heavenly Father and her Lord Jesus and filled with the Holy Spirit. She loves children, during the weekdays she enjoyed playing with them in her preschool, on weekends she served children in church. At the same time, she supports international/local missionaries and organizations for poor children and orphans. She was called to be an Intercessor and became heavily involved with the Prayer Movement.

After retiring from early childhood education in 2015, she devoted her time to taking care of her ill son and his business. She began paying attention to the human trafficking issues with financial support to the organization that rescues those victims. In 2017, she answered the call from God to develop MY I.D., utilizing the most modern business model to connect business with this social just movement.

Her heart wants to see our world return to God from self-destruction and let the younger generation be able to enjoy their life with peace, love, honesty, and kindness.

Angela Yin Cesal, Board of Director

Angela was born in Shanghai, China and grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. She received her Bachelors of Science in Economics and joined the family business, Ruentex Group. Angela gained knowledge in textile, clothing, hypermarkets, development, and construction. Together, Angela and her family, established the Tang Prize Foundation in 2012.

Angela's commitment to a higher education continued in the U.S. where she served on the Board of Trustees and Board of Director for Arizona State University for 14 years.

In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and supporting vulnerable groups to reach their life potential.

Belinda Li, Board of Director

Belinda is a first generation Asian American and native to Phoenix, Arizona. She received her bachelor’s degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and has a background in the hospitality and insurance industries.

Currently she is practicing in residential and commercial real estate and is an avid networker. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her 6 year old daughter, doing yoga, and spending time in nature.

She is passionate about making a difference in the community and is extremely excited to part of the team at MY I.D.

Celia Lee-Bourne, Board of Director

GroundPoint LLC founder, Celia Lee-Bourne was born and educated in Taiwan. She moved to Los Angeles where she began her study of the principles of business in the precious stone industry. After relocating to Arizona, she dedicated almost a decade in the financial industry with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.

Both her professional career and charity work has one thing in common—to establish relationships with China and/or Taiwan for government entities and private companies. In the last five years, Celia is also the vice president of BASIS Global, the US headquarter of one of the most successful international school brands in China.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their fur-child, a white miniature schnauzer.
