Membership

Membership allows you to sign up for monthly deliveries of the My I.D. Facial Treatment Set right to your front door. The membership is a 12 month contract.  

Membership comes with perks such as free gifts and discount codes. As a member, you get inside updates about our partners and our organization. This may even include sneak peeks to future product releases.  

Yes. You will receive an email reminder 1 week before your order is set to ship.
 

The only product we have special to monthly deliveries is the My I.D. Facial Treatment Set. We may expand in the future.  

We make sure to provide a whole month’s use of our products so you do not run out before the next order is shipped! 

Yes. Log into your My I.D. account and click “view addresses” to edit. If you need help, please email membership at membership@myid.life.  

Your order date depends on the date you first purchased the recurring order.

Our return policy applies to all orders from My I.D. The return policy can be read here. If you have any questions, please email Customer Service at info@myid.life.

Product

We recommend using your My I.D. products within 2 years of the manufacturing date or 12 months after opening for best quality.
 

We never test on animals. We are certified through PETA.

Returns

After we receive your package, it will take 2-5 business days to receive a refund. Also depends on bank 

Any returns received more than 30 days from ship date will be ineligible for return and will be resent to the customer to the address provided.  

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service at info@myid.life as soon as possible with your order number, name, and email(if applicable). We process our orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:30PM Arizona Time. Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, we are unable to make changes or cancel and your order will then be processed as a return. For return policies, please click here  

Once you have received shipping confirmation, you can click on “Track Package” to see shipping updates. Please allow 24 hours until your tracking number is updated.  

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to customer service at info@myid.life as soon as possible.

*After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We use FedEx as our carrier of choice because they are the most reliable and efficient for our needs. Depending on which region you are located in the United States, it may take 2-7 business days. 

Skin

My I.D. products are suitable for all skin types. Hydration does not entail oily. We have tested our skin care on all types of skin. However, it is always recommended to test on a patch of skin and cheek for irritation before use. 

To test sensitive skin type:

Apply a small amount of Miracle Berry Hydrating Essence(30ml) on top of hand. If there is no reaction or irritation, apply a small amount of Miracle Berry Hydrating Essence(30ml) on half of your face. Once again after 10 minutes, if there is no reaction or irritation, then you can use the product as normal.
 

Miracle Berry is a glycoprotein (miraculin) that has healing properties for the skin.
